Modern Bath Suite

Alpine, UT

A modern home's wet rooms designed around a single material story — walnut, aged brass, and tile palettes that shift in mood from one room to the next.

The main bath leans toward daylight. Soft blue subway tile, twin brass-framed mirrors with rounded corners, and warm walnut cabinetry pull morning sun deep into the room, while three-globe brass sconces float over each vanity for the evenings. Twin under-mount basins and brass single-handle faucets keep the counter uncluttered — a quiet, working space first, a beautiful one second.

The powder room turns down the lights. Moody fluted tile wraps the walls floor to ceiling, punctuated by two red mid-century sconces that read as jewelry against the dark. An asymmetric brass-framed mirror floats over a walnut floating vanity; aged brass cross-handle fixtures finish the scene. It’s a small room designed to do one thing exceptionally — make every guest pause.

The adjacent shower is its own quiet moment: vertical wood-look porcelain, a circular penny-tile niche, and square fixtures in living bronze that will deepen and patina over time. Every fixture in the home was chosen for finish over branding — aged brass cross handles, hand-shaped spouts, the small imperfections that catch the morning light differently every day. No element competes; everything supports.
