Once we have a clear picture of what you're looking for, we provide a formal bid and contract outlining the scope of work and deliverables for your specific project. Not at all. We're always happy to collaborate with a general contractor you've already selected. We also maintain strong relationships with a network of trusted contractors we can recommend based on the scope and location of your project — so if you haven't found one yet, we can help point you in the right direction.

A great general contractor is one of the most valuable investments you can make in any construction project — and we mean that. They protect your budget (and save you money!), uphold finish quality, and significantly reduce the stress that comes with managing a complex build. We strongly encourage all of our clients to hire a general contractor for any project involving more than one trade or any structural changes. We're happy to help you find the right one.
How long will my project take, and is it possible to expedite the timeline?
We like to say it simply: you can have a project done quickly, or you can have it done well and on budget — but rarely both. A thoughtfully designed and well-executed construction project takes time. There are many moving parts, multiple subcontractors to coordinate, and decisions that simply can't be rushed without consequences. A skilled contractor and designer will keep your project on track, but pushing beyond a reasonable timeline almost always leads to added costs, missed deadlines, and compromised results. Our goal is always to deliver something you'll be proud of — and that's worth doing right.
